Hi

If you had done your 12th in medical stream then there are ample of opportunities which you can opt but first of all you have to be sure about that you want to go into medical line like you want to do MBBS or BDS. If you don't want to be doctor then you can choose other options also after medical like B.tech(Biotechnology), biomedical engineering , bachelors in agriculture, microbiology , biochemistry, medical, botany, zoology, chemistry. You can also apply for Applied medical sciences programs also like Physiotherapy, Pharmaceutical sciences, medical laboratory sciences.

So there are ample of opportunities even after medical also but first of all you  have to see your interest also. Most important thing is that you should choose good institution or university for doing your graduation after 12th which can offer you good career perspective and good placements. There are many different good universities and institutions like Lovely Professional University, Bahra university,Maulana university, All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
