Interesting career choice.
Hope you have opted for 12th PCM. Since, to work as a Ultra sound technician, you need to pursue a B.Sc in Radiology. A radiologists, is the one, who does the scan and sends across the report to the Radiographer who then interprets the study to the patient.
You could then opt for an M.Sc, whereby you could choose your specialisation accordingly. Please note there are short term courses too, which you could opt for too after Graduation.
