Good that you are looking out for opprotunity and looking out for growth and opportunity.

But since you are a B.Com Graduate and have also done your M.Com, why exactly are you looking out for a technical related field.

SAS is a software oriented course, which would help in data analysis and recovery.
Majorly used and performed in an organization by Software technicians or people from Computer software background.
I am not saying that you should not do SAS, but just technical knowledge without any basic knowledge of systems and software will not help you get any job in the technical department.

Instead of that, you could search for a job in the Finance department, mainly into Accounts.
This will be in sync with your qualifications.
In case you are looking out for a technical qualification, you could think of SAP Finance, which will help in terms of managing data and easy storage and recovery of data.
SAP is very much in demand as it reduces work load and is comparatively easier to follow and use.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck............
