Congrats on clearing class 12th with a good score.
Please note, that courses like LAW and Fashion can be pursue even after graduation.
But once graduated, you cannot opt for BHMS ( Homeopathy doctor) course.
Only if you are ready to start your career from 12th again, after you graduate, you could pursue BHMS.
Hence I would suggest, opt for BHMS.
At the sametime if time permits, you could opt for a certificate course in Designing. And once you graduate, and you are still interested in LAW and not medical, then you could opt for a 3 years course in LLB.
Choice is yours.
