As such I do not see any link between CA and SAP?
Though SAP Finance would be a better option if you are planning to function as a CA in the near future.
Though MBA is a good option. Since it would help you to move towards the managerial level, even if you are a CA.
Thus in terms of higher prospects in terms of designation an MBA would be preferred.
