Hello Udit,
As the name suggests hacking means breaking into the secured system of either an individual or an organization.
But when we use the term " ethical", it indicates that the hacker enters the secured system of an organization with their consent, mainly to help the organization maintain proper system security against potential threats.
But sometimes hacking is done illegally to cause harm to a person or an organization, which we know as cyber crimes, which are now an offense.
A person with interest and knowledge in software, systems and hardware is eligible for a certification course in ethical hacking. Though there are institutes providing online certificate courses, I would strongly not recommend such courses. Since a course like this requires hands on or practical training. Rest is your choice.
Please note the concept of ethical hacking was introduced in India by Ankit fadia. He now runs a course for the same. If you wish you can join his course. Check www.ankitfadia.com
in terms of ethical hacking guidelines and other information check e-concil at www.ecouncil.org
Wish you good luck....
