Nice to know that you are aspiring to be a Chartered Accountant as well as an MBA Finance.
Since you have selected Arts stream, as per the rules of UGC you will not be able change to Commerce stream. One can change to Arts from Commerce or Science and one can change from Science to Commerce or Arts. Therefore doing BCom is not possible and also further I would not recommend under graduation through correspondence / distance mode, since that may not be recognised or considered while you apply for jobs in the industry.
Since you wish to do Chartered Accountancy, you can complete your BA in may be Economics and then enrol for Chartered Accountancy course. MBA Finance can be done later while doing a job after you pass Chartered Accountancy. Doing CA course is what I would suggest to be a priority than MBA. When you get a job after CA, you can do MBA by distance mode.
