If a university is approved by UGC, then no need of tension regarding AICTE etc. You can see a number of institutes are producing excellent workforce both in private and public sectors, like SRM university, Lovely Professional University etc. You can enjoy good quality of education and campus infrastructure in such institutes. You may can also get good placements.

Dear Aspirant,

Please remember that a course is approved by AICTE and not a University. A University offers BCA and the course needs to be approved by AICTE. If as you say, BCA is not approved by AICTE (which it actually should be), there is still no need to worry. Hope the University is a recognised University under UGC? If this is so, do not worry!

You can apply for BPSE or UPSC exam, since the eligibility for those exams is graduation from a recognised University.

Hope you have started preparing for the BPSC/UPSC exams. Early start in preparation the better. I would also suggest you to join a good coaching class for BPSC/UPSC in your city where you will get guidance, practice and confidence build up.

Further, if you wish to check up which career will suit you, you can take the Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide.com.

Best wishes
