If it is on Company pay roll, you would be a regular employee of ICICI.
If it's a 3rd party pay roll, don't go for it as your salary would be paid by a consultant and you will be on contract with ICICI.

In campus interview normally ICICI kind of companies provide direct pay role instead of contract through third party. you can verify. Payroll means on company salary as regular employee. They will mention before selection what kind of job it is. Normally if it is software means either on computer systems and programming side. If it is finance means towards clerical/officer side they take. please ask them clearly and take exam. all the best
