If you have completed your B.Sc Nursing, i would suggest that you join a job immediately. While on the job, you will be exposed to various roles like :

? Postoperative care of patients
? Nursing Care of patients in ventilator,
? Care of patients on CVP line and Arterial Line.
? Monitor Cardiac Output, CVP.
? Collecting Blood samples and specimen for investigation.
? Administering the medication, IV fluids and blood.
? Rehabilitation etc....

You will also be exposed to handling various equipments like : Ventilator , ECG , MRI , CT SCAN etc.

Once you have spent couple of years, you can then join MBA - Health Care & Hospital Management (by IISWBM Kolkata) or other advance Technical programs related to OT / MLT or even M.Sc to further your career.

B.Sc Nursing with 3+yrs. of experience has huge oppotunity both within and outside India.

You can get admission in MBA based on your score in MAT/CMAT

. You are also having an option to get admission in MBA based by appearing in university level tests in some of the leading institutes like SRM university, Lovely Professional University etc. You can apply for these tests and qualify for the course. You can avail scholarship based on your score in graduation or in the national level tests or in the university level test in some of the universities. Placement records are also good in such universities.
