If you have completed your B.Sc Nursing, i would suggest that you join a job immediately. While on the job, you will be exposed to various roles like :

? Postoperative care of patients
? Nursing Care of patients in ventilator,
? Care of patients on CVP line and Arterial Line.
? Monitor Cardiac Output, CVP.
? Collecting Blood samples and specimen for investigation.
? Administering the medication, IV fluids and blood.
? Rehabilitation etc....

You will also be exposed to handling various equipments like : Ventilator , ECG , MRI , CT SCAN etc.

Once you have spent couple of years, you can then join MBA - Health Care & Hospital Management (by IISWBM Kolkata) or other advance Technical programs related to OT / MLT or even M.Sc to further your career.

B.Sc Nursing with 3+yrs. of experience has huge oppotunity both within and outside India.
