All those Universities you have listed are good, UGC recognised and the courses are AICTE approved.
However, I would suggest you to do MTech from a State University as a preferred choice. If not possible and convenient, I would then suggest you to go for Jaypee Noida or Thapar University.

They all are good in almost all the aspects. By the way what do we mean by good? - it is infrastructure, Teaching pedagogy, placement record, environment and fee structure. I may suggest to add a few more names in your list before taking a final decision so that you may have a fair chance to pick up a rigt institution.
