my daughter has just begun her career as software engineer after doing MCA, But she is keen to do a job related to ground like some association or field job in agriculture / adventurous activities like joining army or so / art, designing, crafting etc what is there for her.

working in is having excellent opportunity and that too in a industry that would stay lifelong and will never face issues of recession.Rather as a Counselor I would advise that she can continue as a software engineer profile full-time and during weekends opt for areas that interests here.In that way he interests is also taken care off.
As a link to her MCA, she could opt for courses related to Graphic designing or Animations.This can be helpful in terms of her being able to work as a freelancer, whereby she could help freshers start their own website. Basically a profile called as Web Marketing. Here she would be involved right from creating a website to marketing the site, promoting it etc. for the client.
She can also opt for courses related to Jewellery designing or Fashion designing.With the help of this course, again she has the opportunity to indulge in creative activities and operate her own boutique
As far as Agriculture related job is concerned, she would have to opt for something related to Bioscience etc. and that too start from the scratch and her entire effort to reach upto MCA would be wasted.
Other option possible is that she joins an FMCG organization as a Software engineer.

Really surprised to hear that your daughter wishes to do something else than IT career inspite of being an MCA.
I would suggest that she should continue working in the IT field for atleast 2-3 years before she decides on other career.
Can you let me know what is the basic reason of her feeling to change her career track? Changing career tracks is not simple, you may know it!
As an MCA she may appear for IBPS exams (Banking exams) if there are vacancies for Specialist IT officers. Further she should re-think her decision or thoughts of changing careers.
Once she changes her career track, her MCA will be useless.
If she likes arts designing, she may do courses in web development, graphic designing where she will be able to use her MCA knowledge as well.
I suggest that she speaks with one of us here to get a better understanding for both.
