Please note Maths is not just simple numbers, but computing and deriving or research cnducted using numbers. Hope this gives you a fair idea.
Eariler a graduation in Math was restricted to only teaching, which is one field you could opt for.
Other than teaching, you have an opportunity in research organizations like DRDO and ISRO.. Banking industry, computer or the IT sector, financial institutes as well as profiles related to budgeting and taxation. Another field known as Actuarial sciences needs a math graduate.
You could work as a statistician in government sector or as an economist in private and government sector.
After graduation, you could opt for civil service exams and pursue either IAS or IFS.
Please note, whichever industry you work with your major role as a math graduate is Research
