Please suggest me that first I have to study further after b.com? I M married and doing work with mnc company as Jr.accounts officer .so please suggest me that I have to study further after b.com and why ? and yes then what is the best option for my carrier?

As such there is no end to studies and courses.
But you would have to choose a course that will strengthen your skills and help you grow in your company.

Since you are working already as a junior accountant, I am sure, you are very well aware of the demans that are there in your organization.

Mostly you should opt for a correspondence or a prt time course which will help you with your job as well as help you gain a degree.
Mostly the first thing people think of is an MBA, though it is an option which you could consider too and it is also availabe as aprt-time option.
