Hello,
Thanks for Asking..!!
If you are getting a good salary & Learning new things daily, then don't leave the current job. But if you are not satisfied with your present job & don't see your future safe then you should leave it.
The decision is yours.
:)
Hi Sanjay,
Take a new job or stay in a current role. Well the question is open to interpretation and also it depends on numerous factors
Before switching to a new role, or profile or job you need to make a list of things that you can part of, prepare a list of cost and benefit of things that you will get vs things that you need to forgo in the long run.
Visualize yourself 6 months, 1 years, 2 years down the line in the new line of work and if you feel happy with your decision and your career progression. Don't think much do your best from your side so you won't have any regret and get your reason for switching clear so as not to think and fret so much for future.
Talk to a career counselor or an expert on careerguide.com who will be in a better position to guide you after listening to you.
Invest in a career mentor who will help you to see and observe things from a new perspective that help you reflect n your thought pattern and clear out your confusion.
