They suggest diet plans and exercises to help them recover sooner. They generally have good knowledge regarding the physiology of the person and knowledge about ailments.
Similarly, a dietitian, also focuses on the same aspect. They also focus on other issues like weight gain or loss and fitness. They have their own clinics, or work at fitness centres too.
