Transportation studies and planning is an exciting course and it is available both at bachelors, masters and phd level worldwide. To study an MSc transportation planning studies one should have basically completed a related bachelors degree related to this subject. For transportation planning studies UK, USA and Netherlands are very good with their universities offering excellent courses. I am writing the world's best colleges/ universities for this particular subject here.

Delft university of Technology Netherlands.
This is the only university in Netherlands that is very good in ranking and is also famous for attracting international students and has a good position in world wide university ranking. You can visit their website on this link If you go on this website and click on post graduate study then you can select MSc transportation planning course and read the course description.

To study in Netherlands, you should write only English language testing exam known as IELTS exam. Apart from this you need to have also completed your bachelors degree and then send study application.
