Im commerce graduate ....i like to do research on good subject and I want start my own business ..after my +2 when I was entering into degree 1st year I have become every tension,nervous,fear,exciting girl in degree ..without knowing me only dizz habit has cum in me..by dizz year my degree is going to complete but im still like dat nly with nervous,tension,fear,even know also I cant able to xpress my feeling to anyone else ...mostly time I want to be alone only...day day im getin tension about my life ...please give proper suggestion mam/sir.. ex:recently in my college interviews was held ..before one week nly I was well prepared for the interview ..wen interview date was there last movement I did attain for interview nly with my tension .fear,nervous,,,dat day full iwas crying for myself....day day im become depressed ...pls guide me
