There are quite a few values that an architect needs to have:

1. Optimism:Without optimism, the survival of architects won't be possible. They have to stay optimistic during all stages of architecting a structure.

2. Good Strategists:Architects need to visualize and then implement their plans. They have to be extremely good strategists and planners.

3. Lateral Thinking:The thought process of the architects can't just be linear. The creativity factor has to be there.

4. Optimizing the resources:They have to be extremely careful about how to utilize the resources. The ones who make best use of the resources will experience success in the career.


5. Wow effect:They are the ones who give that "Wow" feeling to a building. They should always be charged to give a shining effect on their work.

6. Involving all senses:The architects have to involve all the senses to come up with a great design.

7. Make connections:They make connections everywhere and build their network.

8. Seeing the big picture:They see the big picture and are always able to figure out the right approach to make that picture beautiful.

9. Influencers:They are influencers. They influence and shape the world through their creative work.

10. Patience:They keep patience till the end. This is essential in order to make the great designs.

Architects are the real creators of amazing buildings and structures. Skyscapeers in metro cities would not have been possible without them. While capitalism furthers the growth and prosperity of human race, tall buildings with beautiful designs and glory show the gradeur. The rebuilding of 'Twin Towers' collapsed in 9/11 incident and other towers and structures shows the real dint of human talent and excellence, creativity and vision.


Required Skills or Required Work Values:
A person requires Sound Interpersonals & Communications skills and immense physical stamina to get into a profession of architecture. he is expectde to work on desk as well as on the construction site. Excellent memory and sound concentration level, flexibility, patience , team spirit, responsibility, and accountability, etc are some common personality traits which are essential for professionals success in architecture and design. But it is right credentials in academics which matters the most in architecture.


Job Prospects:
Architects can work with construction companies whrein they are asked to serve as a designer. Initially, an architect is expected to understand spicifi requirements of clients and strike a right balance between aesththics and practicality. Additionally, an architectwith skills can help clients by his ideas in terms of balancing the requirements of appearance, financial budget and time frame. Some architectseven work independently and earn theri livelihood though consultancy fees which is entirely depends upon the skills and profile as well as work experience.

Most of the jobs in architecture come up in government organizations such as Public Works Department, the Archaeological Department, Ministry of Defence, National Building Organization, Town & Country Planning Organization, National Institute of Urban Affairs, Departments of Railways, Post and Telegraphs, Public Sector Undertakings, Housing & Urban Development Corporation, National building Construction Corporations Ltd, etc. While some other organizations or bodies like State Departments, Housign Boards, Local Bodies for Construction Works, Builders, Architecture Firms, Consultants, etc also hire architects.

Architects working independently have ample scope in terms of earning.Specialization works well for better prospects in architecture as it is a matter of requirement.
