This is one value that differentiates between a great Chef and a mediocre one.6. A Chef has to be self motivated. If not, their performance will go down sooner or later. No monetary benefits can provide that kind of satisfaction if one does not have intrinsic motivation.7. A Chef should be very punctual and should understand the importance of time management.
