To label an Institute as being amongst the top is the work of the education department. So I as a counselor, would not be able to label any Institute per say.

Please note, there are few well known Institutes like NMIMS (NMAT) ,XLRI (XAT), Symbiosis (SAT) IMT etc. that conduct their own entrance test
