It appears that you cannot join airline industry since it will result in your travel too. So I think you should avoid getting into airline industry once again. I would suggest you to do an MBA HR from a reputed Institute may be full time or part time. Full time is of two years and part time is of 3 years. Please do not go for executive MBA

. An MBA HR will suit you the most considering your previous background and HR field will give you a chance to come back to the corporate world. I would suggest you to also read business newspapers in the mean time so that you can remain updated with the latest business happenings which are very necessary in todays corporate world. This will also help you in facing the interviews confidently. A long gap need not be a worrying factor since there are many women who have gap in their career but armed with a qualification in the mean time gives them the confidence to work in the corporate once again. So I would suggest you to pursue an MBA with confidence and approach the corporate world. If you are already an MBA I think you can so some short term courses in SAP, Payroll, etc.
