Till now I have not come across any University providing a 2 years degree course.
Evry University provides a 3 years degree course.
In case if you opting for Diploma programs after 12th, into:Fashion DesigningInterior designingITGraphic DesigningHospitality and Tourism.
These courses range from 6 months to 1 year.

UGC Rules do not allow two year bachelors degree course. If any University is offering, then its illegal. I also do not feel that there is any University which offers two year degree course.
