Hi Sandeep,

It all depends on your current circumstances and frame of mind- 'what do you want'.
If you are technology driven, try MTech, if you have business acumen go for MBA. Best advise would be to check your interest by taking the test and then decide on the future course of action.

Best Wishes,

Dear Student,

Salary should not be our first criteria while making a career decision. It is true that we all want to have financial stability in our life but after a partcular age its not the money which matters but the happiness and satisfaction which you derive from work gets you going.

If you feel that you are not keen to work at present and would like to puruse further education but are not aware of your real self in terms of aptitude, interest and personality than I would strongly recommend you to get your psychometric assessment done. The assessment will help you in getting a better understanding of yourself in terms of your unique personaliuty attributes, interest areas and the suitable work areas matching with your skills, abilities and interest.

However if youy are not keen to undergo assessment than do self analsyis, Like if you are a technology driven person, good at reading blue prints, have long concentration span, excellent numerical ability, good organizational skills etc than MTech may be a good career option for you. However if you are a people oriented person, have good communication & leadership skills, you may have promosing career after doing MBA.
