Hello My Dear Education Aspirant,

Many thanks at the out set for clearly mentioning all the necessary details about your self and I would there fore like to appreciate your career query for clarity and honesty.

I compliment you for working and gaining three years of experience and still be of the age of 26 years only. 26 years of age is highly critical and enjoyable too. There fore you need to sincerely think and re think about your career.

I am gald and thank ful to you for approaching CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and clarification on your career query. I am sure that we experts will be able to help and advice you appropriately.

MBA pursuing:

I understand that you are a Maths graduate and you chose to doa job in visual effects as an artist and did the job for three years after your graduation.
I can understand that you feel the need for the right job and would also appreciate that you wish to continue your education further.

Pursuing an MBA is a good decision however I would say that it should be priority rather than a job first. Doing an MBA will help you shift your career in the direction you want and remove the three years non relevant experience criteria also.

I would like to suggest you few things as below:

  • My Dear Aspirant, I would suggest that considering the situation in the visual arts field ann you wanting to do an MBA, I would suggest you definitely to go for a full time regular MBA course with specialisation in finance or human resource or international business. However ensure that you do your MBA from a premier Institute only.

  • If you wish to utilise your graduation in maths, then Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute USA would be also be best suited to you.

  • If you are interested in maths still, then you can do MSc Maths / Statistics. MSc Stats and Maths candidates are very much in demand in banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, research organisations, etc. The salary package is also very good.

  • If you are interested in being into the teaching field, then MSc and later PhD would be the best option.

Please do get back to us again if you need any more guidance and or information.

Best Luck!
