Wanna to do MSC computer science from UK,australia,singapore,ireland,doubts regarding passport,coaching center and time management????????

I am student of bsc(hons)computer science wants to do MSC computer science from UK,australia,singapore,ireland. Right now I am in second year of bsc(hons) computer science ,hansraj college,delhi.i will complete my graduation in may 2015.i have got 9.6 cgpa in 10th ,93.8 %in 12th and 86%in 1st sem,72%in 2nd sem,89% in 3rd sem. I am graduating in may 2015 with a 3years course and want to apply to different uk universities like oxford ,cambridge. I will have to apply and submit my application in nov 2014 but I dont have any passport of mine.what to do then???what is the procedure for getting passport??can I get passport even by applying at this time?is the procedure simple? about chopra consultancy I got to know that they refer to only those universities with which they have links or tie ups by a link on internet.a complaint in consumer forum otherwise british council,jamboree will only provide coaching but chopra consulatancies will help till last in the whole process. then what will be the best?? i am feeling that in british council there will be large batches so personal attention is not posiible. so should I choose others coaching centres in which my self growth ,personality development is more posiible ??? what about achievers point coaching center for ielts ???? or any other inst that will be good for me?? should not I prefer a institute near to my college hansraj or home ?? my college will start in july and the course will go from may to august?? i also have my MCA coachings at sanmacs rohini for one year till may 2015 exam . then how to manage ??

I understand you want to study an MSc Computer science in the UK or some other country. If you are focused to only studying abroad, then you have to do the necessary steps only for this. I don't understand why you are simultaneously spending on a coaching class for MCA. This will distract you and you may feel exhausted soon. It is a wise decision to stick only to one route, so you should decide what you want - whether studying abroad or studying MCA in India. If you pull up everything at one single point, you will lose control everywhere. So please stick to a wise decision. Decide if you want to study abroad or do MCA in India.

As I said you have a history of top scores that can definitely convince UK universities for an admission and this also draws you well for a scholarship offer. I have friends who were Delhi university toppers and studied in UK, USA with scholarships. Likewise please be confident that you will successfully go through your UK application process. Unless you trust what you are doing, you cannot really help yourself. You should believe in your decisions and do everything to make things work possible. So be assured that with such high scores you can definitely get a place with scholarship. This is why I asked you to apply for top ten universities, and take the offer that gives you the highest scholarship offer.

Scholarship application time:I have studied at two very top universities in the UK, and both with scholarship support. From my experience, I would say early application plus a strong and sound application wins the place. The reason I said to complete applications in November because, by December few universities like Cambridge, Oxford closes scholarship applications. If you need to send your scholarship application, then before that the university will need to receive your study application. However few other universities close MSc Scholarship applications by May 2015.

Passport:I am just realising that you don't have a passport. Most of the universities will require you to type your passport number on the online application and few universities may also demand you to upload a scanned copy of your passport front and last page. If you have not got one yet, you should apply for one soon. In fact to sit for an IELTS exam, you need a passport. Without a passport you cannot even enter the IELTS exam hall. You can apply for a passport in Tatkal and you will get it within a month.

IELTS:Regarding IELTS, you can enrol wherever you like, although from my personal experience I think you can enrol in an IELTS coaching class attached to an educational consultancy like the Chopras. The class size is minimum and you can get personal attention. Otherwise you can also inquire on the limited class size and join any coaching class you like. A coaching class doesn't really matter, and all that matter is how you effectively learn. All the coaching classes in India have IELTS certified trainers and studying anywhere will prove useful. Apart from coaching, it is necessary to put some effort on self learning too.

Choosing educational consultancies: The reason I asked you to approach an educational consultancy is because, they will help you every step until you get your visa in hand. And yes, it is not that they work with only those they have tie ups. In fact, they do help for all universities. You can also manage doing yourself if you dont want to seek help of such educational consultancies or in fact afraid of them. But for that you should have sound understanding of the application and visa process. If you cannot do it on your own then you should take help of such consultancies. Approach any one you like if you cant trust Chopras. Again, these consultancies do not refer you or recommend you to universities abroad. They only pass on your application to the Universities, checking if your certificates and other documents are original. Universities trust these consultancies as they believe they are sending in authentic candidates and not the ones with duplicate certificates to study with them. Giving you a place to study is dependent on the University's admission officer and not on educational consultancies from India.
