Hey Akash....

IT is the leading specialty in this hour.

Every company you name has these days jumped to the virtual means of communicating and here steps the IT profession.

As you have rightly mentioned that you could pursue either an MCA or an MBA IT.
Both are the correct options.
The only point to be made here is, where is your IT base.
You cannot pursue a Masters degree without having the basic knowledge.

So first and foremost, best would be to enroll yourself to a BCA program, which is a comprehensive 3 years Bachelors program, or you could join any Computer Institute like NIIT, and enroll for their Diploma programs, which can be pursued simultaneously with the MCA program.
Coming to your second question. Since IT is a hands on jobs, practical exposure or internship is a must. So though these courses are available as distance learning, but before you enroll, please do check their hourly practical exposure or best would be to enroll yourself in a regular course. As with practical exposure, they have placement opportunities too.

The last step would be a Management degree. Once you have a sufficient hands on experience, then only can you delegate work. So MBA should be an option after few years of work experience in the industry.

As far as this profession is concerned, it is very much a volatile field, so please note that you would have to be regualrly in touch with professions and new developments in your field.

At the same time, if you are interested in Ethical hacking, though there are many institutes providing certificate courses, but the best name in the world is Ankit Fadia.
Check his course on, www.ankitfadia.in

Wish you good luck...........
