Since you have not mentioned about your current qualification, let me begin at the beginning itself.
To pursue a B.Sc in Food science and Nutrition, you need to first pursue 11th and 12th in Science (PCB) stream.
You can then after graduation opt for an M.Sc in nutrition and dietetics.
Another route is after 12th science (PCB), you could opt for HomeScience degree a 3 years program and choose a specialization of nutrition and dietetics.
As a dietician you have opportunities to work in hospitals, clinics, fitness clubs or centres, gyms, corporates as well as start your own consultancy too.
