Hi There,

Civil Services is one of the most prestigious sought of position in the government service.
And also the toughest of all.

Civil Service exams are conducted by the UPSC for positions like

  • IAS
  • IPS
  • IFS
One needs to be a Graduate with minimum 50% to appear for the Civil Service exam.

To get more information, check: http://www.civilserviceindia.com/civil-services-eligibility.html

Apart from what is mentioned on the site, please note few important points, you need to keep in mind.

  • You need to be well aware of general, political and social news surrounding you
  • Not only aware, but you must be able to formulate or rather reason out with this knowledge in hand. Most importantly formulate a reasoning and be able to support it too
  • Think out of the box at all circumstances
  • Get ready for Personal Interview, with easy and day to day questions, but extra ordinary way of answering
  • Importantly get into reading, whatever you can lay your hands onto
  • Start debates or rather discussions with family or friends on various topics

Hope this helps

Wish you good luck...
