Hi Kedar,
The choice of either pursuing a masters degree or an MBA is completely yours.
But only suggestion to help you decide from my end would be:
You need to decide whether it is the technical field you wish to work in or the managerial field you wish to work min.
If its technical, then a masters degree would be beneficial, and if it is managerial then a MBA degree would be beneficial.
Probably, the other option would be to pursue a dual degree course. Few universities provide a masters degree and an MBA degree too. It saves a year and at the sametime you are equipped with both the aspects and can manage the roles effectively.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck..
Dear Aspirant,
If you do not have work experience of at least five to six years, there is no point in thinking for a management education.
Since you are interested in masters, it appears that you have graduated recently in technical field and therefore gathering work experience in the technical field should be the high priority for you. Doing a Management masters just after your graduation, will land you in non technical roles like finance, marketing, hr, etc. Since you are technical person, I would later suggest you to go for MBA Operations. This MBA should be pursued either in part time mode or distance learning mode while continuing with your job.
If you do not have any problem with technical field, then doing a job is recommended and then later an MBA.
Best wishes
