After BSc there are plenty of opportunities for career. Industrial or Microbiology or Food Technology or MBA are very diverse and different areas for mastering. I think you would do a SWOT about what interests you have currently and what are your academic strong points before deciding on which MSc to pursue. Biotechnology / microbiology and food technology all the three are very exciting and evergreen areas for masters and also for careers and jobs

. It depends on which will excite you more and for that as I said earlier you will have to sit and think calmly about your strenghts, weakness, threats and then opportunities. If you are technically sound person like working in labs, researching, spending hours in study and have good reading habits, then I would suggest you to do MSc. Further more after MSc I would also suggest you to PhD in your liking area for a more stable and long term career. You can also then join research companies or you may also go into teaching and also side by side take tuitions or teach in private classes in your local area. Regarding MBA, I think if you do MBA you wont remain int he science field. An MBA in Finance/Marketing/HR etc will take your career and also you will do a job not related to science field. Therefore be cautious while choosing MBA. Do not do MBA just for the sake of that name of your friends doing it. Your career is different than the rest. Best Luck.
