If you are looking to work as a business analyst you can find jobs via following ways:

  1. Start uploading your resume in various job sites. Linkedin is the most important place to showcase your professional skills. There are many job sites today. Stay active on all such sites and see if there is any opportunity coming. Apply immediately, if that comes. And then keep a track on how things are going. If possible call to the website customer care people and explain your resume to them. That brightens your chances of getting a job.

    2. Maintain healthy professional relationships everywhere. What matters more while looking for job is what kind of network you have. Again Linkedin is the best place. You can also leverage social networking websites to grow your network and get in touch with the right people. Only they can help you get the job via recommendations.

    3. Make use of your college alumni network. Some of your seniors would be there working in the same roles. Reach out to them and take their help in preparing for interviews and making resume. They are in a better position to help you as they have already gone through where you are at the moment. Do not hesitate to ask for their help.

    4. Focus on your resume. It is the only way to reach out to the employers. A well prepared professional resume is an indicator of professionalism and your determination. Do not rush in to it while preparing the resume. Do a lot of work while making one.

    5. Start preparing for your interviews and written tests. Make sure that if given a chance you conquer the tests and grab the job. Do not leave any chance in your preparation. Spend a lot of time working on the basics and how to get things right in the interview settings. If you do that well, job is yours.

Hope these points will be helpful to you while looking for a job of a Business Analyst.
