I see IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, symbiosis, XLRI runs executive programs called EPHRM for working professionals. You can study these courses at your preferred institutute on part time basis. Completing the Diploma, you could produce the certificate for considering you to a Managerial level. It is also said that these universities also offer better networking pportunities with their alumni and the more you interact, the more you could easily land up in a job.
You can also consider doing the HR Certification course. I see you are focusing the level one, Managerial level and PHR exam will prove useful to you.
