Hi There,

I am not understanding the meaning of your question.

Firstly, once you get a degree and search for jobs related to programming, you become a paid employee.

But in-case if you are saying, you wish to be at the senior level, then ofcourse you would have to dedicte few years at the junior level, gain experience and then only can you be a senior programmer.

As such after 12th, you could opt for B.Sc Computer Science or a BCA program. Either after your Graduation you join a job or pursue a masters degree and then opt for a job.

Please note that computers is a volatile world. Keeps changing and new programs are introduced in the market. You need to be thorough with those knowledge too. So you need to certify yourself with such new programs tooo.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck...
