Insurance officer is the management officer who Provide day to day management and administration of insurance services across the Group, liaising with staff, customers and insurers to ensure effective communication and the efficient administration of Claims.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:-

  1. Manage the insurance services for the Group, ensuring appropriate and cost effective cover is in place at all times.
  2. To be responsible for maintaining a register of all insurances that the Group hold.
  3. To be responsible for processing all insurance claims in accordance with agreed procedures, including liaison with officers of the subsidiaries and external bodies as appropriate.
  4. To collate accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim (evidence gathering)
  5. To assist in the production of procedures for all insurances areas, including when and how claims are monitored.

Moreover there are other options too, available which you can pursue i.e, actuary, you can be auditor, or may be customer service representative, financial managers.
