If you wish to enter into the public sector banks, then you can appear for IBPS exams for the post of Probationary Officers, Specialist Officers or Clerks. Further with the inter bank competitive exams, you can get qualified as a JAIIB and then a CAIIB.
For private sector banks, they needs MBAs, CFA, Cost Accountants, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, etc.
Finance is a different sector where the above qualifications are required to get into the finance domain.
