Hi Dear,

Nice to know that you are looking for best colleges for Btech in India. Some of the top colleges i am going to list below for you. India is a big country, you have not mentioned which part of the country you belong to and where would you like to go to pursue the course. Any ways go through the list and select the one you want to go for.

- IT, BHU Varanasi
- BITS Pilani
- DTU , Delhi
- ISMU, Dhanbad
- University Departments, Anna University, Guindy
- NSIT ,Delhi
- PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore
- PEC University of Technology Chandigarh
- College of Engineering Pune
- Harcourt Butler Technology Institute, Kanpur
- Manipal Institute of Technology Manipal
- Thaper University, Patiala
- BIT Sindri
- VNIT ,Nagpur
- UIET, Chandigarh
- VJIT , Mumbai
- RVCE, Bangalore
- NIE, Mysore
- University college of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad
- Shri G.S.Institute of Technology and science, Indore
- SSN College of Engineering Chennai
- MIT College of Engineering Pune
- D.J.Sanghavi College of Engineering, Mumbai
- Government college of engineering Amravati

These are some of the top colleges i could list for you , other than IITs and NITs. I would like to suggest one thing to you here, and thet is , please do not restrict your self as far as the options are concerned. Be open to any college for pursuing your dream course. I do not know the reason why you have exempted IIT and NITs from your list of colleges for the degree of Btech. Just give it a thought again and move forward.

Every institute is good but for global opportunities you need to do the course from some prestigious colleges and universities. You have to take a call and decide, whether you want your options to be restricted only in India or abroad too. I hope the above answer will help you decide your future in a better way.

GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!
