Interesting that you are looking out to major in computer science.

But be spoecific, as to whther you are looking for a B.Sc computer science or a B.E Computer science engineering.

Also please note that for an admission into computer courses, the junior college hardly matters. What matters is your score and if its engineering then along with the score, the results of the entrance exams.
Study hard and be the best in your 12th, admission will easily follow. Its now a myth that colleges give preference to their in-house students for further study, they are purely securing seats on the basis of merit and scores. So put in all your efforts and let luck be at your end.
