It seems wierd.
You already have 5 years of work experience and I am unable to understand what difference will a course make now.
I would suggest, get deeper into the subject matter, whereby a research or reading different research papers would be beneficial.
In terms of courses get into something like Hypnosis, NLP, Mindfulness etc, which are just additional to the counseling therapies you are currently practising.
