It would not be wrong to state that company secretary is the officer who is the company's chief administrator.
They are vital link between the company, the board of directors, shareholders and governmental and regulatory agencies.
They look after finance, accounts, legal, personnel and administrative functions along with handling matters related to central/state sales tax, excise laws, labor laws and corporate law. Career as a CS would place one in a unique position via the board of directors.
It is a Non-Expensive Course regulated by professional body of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

3. Final course
