What I dont understand is why do you wish to know this aspect?Hope you are not choosing a careeer on that basis. If yes, then note that a demanding career is not compulsory to be your choice based on your ability and interest. So you may decide later on to change careers as you may find it tiring.
Best would be to choose on the basis of your liking, interest and potential. I would suggest an Aptitude test or career counseling test which would determine your aptitude and help you make a choice.
As far as saying which career is in demand, though being a personal choice, i cant list it down priority wise. But some careers like mental and physical health, nutrition, pharmacy, media, computers, banking etc are the never dying careers.
