Any student after class 12 commerce have lot of options for higher studies.

Not all have competitive exams.

To start with you have common proficiency test, CPT for taking up CA

You can appear for the aptitude test of National institute of design, NID

You can prepare for National Defense Academy, NDA

You can take aptitude test for Bachelors of fine arts, BFA

You can prepare for the entrance exam of Delhi school of economics, BA economics

Many reputed colleges conduct entrance examinations for B.Com honours also.

Other than this you can go for regular course which does not have competitive exam as selection criteria.

Instead of that question, I would appreciate if you ask us and yourself too that, "Which competitive exam I am suitable for"?

There are many competitive exams in India which you can appear after 12th or after graduation. However since you are from the Commerce stream, you will have to choose which competitive exam to appear for. Also you need to decide whether you wish to go for government job or a private sector job? Based on this also it will depend which competitive exam to appear for.

Basically, your thinking is not in the right direction, since you wish to appear for competitive exams not considering what career you wish to go in and what are those aspects which will make you successful in the career. Since you are in commerce, you can appear for the exams like CA, CS, CMA, LLB, etc. These are professional courses which lead you to a professional career as an professional expert in the respective domain area. After graduation, you can appear for UPSC or State Public Service Commission exams to become a first grade government official.

I would suggest you to go for bank exams because bank jobs are the most preferred career option for students.

There are many organizations that conduct bank exams like: IBPS, SBI and RBI. There are many private banks who conduct their own exams. So, you can apply for them also.

You need to get yourself updated with all the latest Upcoming Bank Exams 2018.

You should first satisfy the eligibility criteria before you apply for the exam.
