Following are the key areas on which a writer works most of the times:

  • Research:Writers spend a lot of time in doing their research. They need to gather the factual information and verifying the authenticity of that information. It is an important part of their work as this is the basis of their writing.
  • Writing Draft:Usually, writers prepare a sample draft of the story. This consists of preparing the structure and the main content of the story. This is either approved by some other person or they themselves review it.
  • Final Story:They work on writing the full story. This is the main part of their work. They use various literary techniques to make it more interesting and captivating for the reader. Their skills and expertise decide the quality of their work.
  • Relationship Building:An important part of a writer's career is to build relationships and grow their professional network. This helps them to grow their readership.
