Hi my friend,






Well I would like to start answering your question in a step by step process.




First, Resumes are very important as you must be knowing in order to get the even 0.001% interest of the resume reader or the interviewer, it is like the " First impression is your last impression'. Whatever is there on the resume, should be so catchy and eye attracting that the person who is going to take your interview should give you first preference than others who are competing with you.






Second, Corporate Lawyers are generally surrounded by almost all kind of laws in their day to day life because of the corporation they are associated with or representing. And as we all know corporations or small business are fall under all kind of categories and all kind of laws can be implemented on them and therefore the Corporate Lawyer must be familiar and aware about the areas of various laws/Acts/Rules and sections.




In order to do the above two things the corporate lawyer must have at least 5 to 7 different kind of Diploma Degrees in different laws if not diplomas then even certificate courses will also do a good work in their favor.




second, they must must must be having a 2 to 4 different internship certificates from a good advocates and the certificates must include what areas of laws you have covered while in internship period.




And third and very important a very good grades/Marks in all the subjects in all the semesters and final total of your entire LLB should be more than 65% to 70%.




The above all information are so crucial that the first thing the interviewer sees in the resume is these three things and based on this things he decides weather to call a candidate for an interview or to reject him/her.




Therefore Marks/Grades/ Diploma Degrees/Certificates/Internship or Experience Letters are so much important to be displayed over the resume.
