The Textile Industry in India:
The Indian Textile Industry boasts of having an overwhelming presence in the economy of the country. - Textile engineers provide technical suggestions and recommendations to designing, marketing, and purchasing and production staff.
- They are responsible for creating products in compliance with the given specifications.
- They need to learn latest trends and requirements of people.
- They are involved in textile harvesting, which includes production and processing.
- They develop samples, amend designs, evaluate, identify and choose fabrics from suppliers.
- One of the important role is they make sure that the final product meets pre-decided specifications in terms of color security and durability.
