Accountancy is relatively astable profession as financial reports has to be generated whether the business is doing good or not. Accounts professionals and auditors plan , budget for , analyse and interpret financial transactions. Accountants should have good numerical ability , firm decision making, power of logical reasononing, an analytical mind , tact to deal with clients and employers, resourcefulness, good judgement and confidence. An invidual with these skills can surely make a good career in this profession. However skills like tactics to deal with client employers can always be learnmed through gaining experience. But a person who naturally has good interpersonal skills , can influence others easily , are good at negotioating will find the work more easier as he will be able to concentrate on the important aspects of work rather than spending time in convincing people to make right decisions.

The institute of chartered accountants of India , New Delhi is the only institute in the nation offering the chartered accountancy course.Because of te growing movement towards international financial reporting standards, demand for experts in the field of accountancy and auditing is increasing constantly.

Dear Friend,

This is the most common question asked by the students who want to pursue CA. This is the reason as well due to which lot of students who are not good in mathematics fear doing the CA course.

Mathematics is a subject which is tiaght in CPT as a subject. But in CA IPC & Finals - maths is not a subject , however various concepts of maths are used in different subjects such as:

> Costing
> Financial Management
> Accounts

So yes its important to LEARN mathematics rather than being excellent in maths before pursing CA. Please understand my point. You can learn the mathematics concepts gradually when you pursue CA. But important thing is that you should puruse CA passionately.

There are students who are to good in maths but are being able to clear CA with there hard work & determination.

All the best to you for your future

Regards
