It is a law school situated in Mohali, Punjab. The Army Welfare Education Society administers the Army Institute of Law. It is a Punjabi University affiliated Institute and holds a grade A by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC). The campus is of average size but with latest amenities and a hostel accommodation for 400 students.






For undergraduates, there is a 5-year integrated BA LLB program in which of the total 80 seats 60 are for the army wards and 20 for the civilians. The admission is on the basis of their own Law entrance test.

For the post-graduate students, 1-year LLM program is provided with a specialization in Criminal Law and Family Law. The admission is through a common entrance test.

It is a University of the law of the National Level situated in Patiala, Punjab. It is widely spread over a 50-acre campus near the scenic Sidhuwal. The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law is UGC affiliated and Bar Council of India approved.


For undergraduates, BA LLB program takes 196 students whose admission is through the common entrance test nationwide CLAT.

For postgraduates, LLM program takes 40 students through CLAT. For the Ph.D. program, there is an entrance test every year conducted itself by the University.


Panjab University is situated in Chandigarh with a lush green campus having all the facilities from the 3-floors library to 8 hostels for boys and girls both. The alumni are well placed and acquire positions like judges of the supreme court or the high courts


For undergraduates, LLB (Bachelors of Law) 3-year course has in total 300 seats and admission is through a PUCET conducted by the university itself.

For Postgraduates, LLM course has 46 seats and Ph.D. the duration is from 3-6 years.
