I presume that you are speaking about +2 stream with your optional subjects physics, chemistry and biology.

You have a sea of chances in front of you.

After 12th standard you can write your NEET competitive exam, if not you can pursue paramedical courses like pharmacy, lab technician, x-ray technician, physiotherapy, radiographer, speech therapy, etc..

You can also look for other vocational courses like nutrition and dietetics, mushroom culture, vermicomposting, ornamental fish culture, bonsai and horticultural technology, food and diary technology etc..

You can look for under graduate professional courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc, fisheries, agriculture, etc..

Or you can also look for regular undergraduate courses like B.Sc in botany, zoology, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, etc..

You can also shift stream if you find commerce or other humanities stream much interesting.

Other courses like Law, armed forces, MBA, etc.. are also open for you.

Once you finish your under graduation you can pursue your post graduation.
