• Technical Recruiter:The role of a Technical Recuiter is to get involved in the recruitment process and ensuring that the interviews and recruitment process goes smoothly.
• Compensation Manager:Compensation Manager takes care of the compensation of the employees and provide them the benefits. The compensation policy is made in accordance with the advice from leadership. They also have to explain the policy to the employees.
• Employee Relationship Manager:&;They are responsible for maintaining healthy relationships at workplace. If there are any conflicts or issues among employees they have to get them resolved.
• Training and Development Manager:They are supposed to organize the necessary trainings for the employees and help them in learning new things by providing them the required resources.
• Human Resource Consultant:One can also work as Human Resource Consultant either in a company or independent consultant to help the Human Resource Managers by providing them the expert advice.
