Very good to know that you are interested in making a career and not just stopping at the Gradaute evel.

Please note that once you are a Graduate, all options are open for you.
Any industry or you can even pursue further studies.

Since you have not mentioned the specialization you have opted in your Graduation, I would be unable to guide you accordingly.

But never-the-less, as a Graduate, you could look out for opportunity in any industry in their back-end office.
The work mainly involves data entry kind of a job, accountancy at a low level as well as maintenance and clearance and keeping stock of the materials.

At the same time, if you have knowledge about computers like word and excel, you could even look out for a receptionists job.

Since you have mentioned you are an ARTS Graduate, but not mentioned your specialization, in terms of further studies, you could opt for a masters in the area of specialization you have opted for.
eg, as a Sociology graduate, or any other graduate, you could opt for an MSW program, i.e a masters in Social work, which makes you eligible to work in NGO or deal with social issues or causes.

The other option is you could become a Teacher, for elementary level schools or pre-primry.
For being a school teacher, as a Graduate you can become a second teacher and along with that you could complete your B.Ed, and then apply for a permanent teacher.

Another option includes pursuing a computer software related course. You can opt for an MCA program, open to any Graduates, but there would be entrance exam. This course exposes you to application of software and programming.

Last but not the least, every Graduate opts for is an MBA program.
After Graduation, you can enroll for MBA entrance exam coaching classes and can then appear for either All India level entrance exam like CAT, or stae level entranc exam like CET, MAT or private institutes conducting their own entrance exams like XLRI, SAT, NMAT and so on.
After you clear the exams there would be a round of Group discussion followed by a personal interview.

For being successful in Group discussion, one needs to be well read about various topics right from politics to medicine to sports to health etc. Not only well read but must be able to communicate their view points without becoming aggressive is important.

In MBA you could choose from the 3 specializations like Finance, Marketing and HR.
Though these days colleges also provide an MBA in
Supply chain and Logistics
Hospitality management

The choice of specializations is completely yours.
Choose on the basis of what are your personal strength and how can you use it to work in the industry and sustain accordingly.
